Overcoming dependence on manual processes
The operation depended on physical procedures and document collection, which generated fragmented information and potential risks. Without a centralized channel, coordinating home deliveries with traditional providers was inefficient for meeting the strict safety and speed standards that the healthcare sector demands.

Real-time logistics standardization
We implemented a centralized digital platform that automates evidence uploads and optimizes routes using GPS from mobile devices. The system integrates a single repository of information with restricted access controls and automated processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and absolute visibility of each delivery from start to finish.
RESULTADOS
Operational efficiency and immediate reach
We successfully managed the delivery of more than 1,000 medications to homes and served 76 patients during the first month of launch. This digitization eliminated the inefficiencies of manual processes, reducing operating costs and significantly improving safety and the end patient experience.
