In 2022, Stori had established itself as one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Mexico, offering access to credit cards to thousands of users.
However, customer acquisition depended almost entirely on downloading its mobile app, which created friction for users who discovered the product through web channels, digital campaigns, or business partnerships.

To accelerate its growth, Stori needed to allow users to start their credit card application directly from the web, without first requiring them to download the app.

The system orchestrated a multi-step digital credit application flow, allowing Stori to capture applicants directly from web traffic.

Expansion of the digital acquisition funnel
The new web onboarding platform allowed Stori to rapidly expand its acquisition funnel.
In the first two weeks after launch:
17,500 new leads were registered through the platform.
This represented a significant increase in user acquisition, helping Stori go from approximately 4,000 weekly registrations to nearly double that volume.
Moreover, the platform was developed 3 times faster than typical industry timelines, allowing Stori to quickly validate this new growth channel and continue iterating on the onboarding experience.
