Trust Logistics operates in the last-mile segment, with a strong focus on Cash on Delivery (CoD) models, where operational efficiency, field control, and proper collections management are critical. The challenge was to consolidate the key processes into a single platform: shipment creation, route planning, operator assignment, real-time tracking, incident management, and cash-on-delivery collections management.

Reduce operational friction and lack of control over shipments and collections
The operation was fragmented across tools and manual processes, with low visibility into the status of shipments and COD collections. There was difficulty tracking in real time, ensuring the correct settlement of payments, and managing incidents, which impacted reliability, cash flow, and the customer experience.
SOLUCIÓN
Unified platform for logistics operations and CoD management
A TMS-type platform was implemented that centralizes last-mile operations: shipment creation, route planning and optimization, assignment of operators and vehicles, real-time tracking, and incident management. Additionally, cash on delivery (CoD) control was integrated, allowing each payment to be recorded, validated, and traced, strengthening the reliability and financial control of the operation.
