This study analyzes practices and strategies implemented by global leaders in the sector to increase the participation of women in technological spaces, focusing on Mexico and Latin America.
Through the analysis of global initiatives, KonfrontHer is proposed as an alternative within our organization to generate female inclusion.
It seeks to create a fair, profitable and collaborative work environment, promoting the professional development of women in technical and leadership roles.
An initiative with a gender perspective that proposes an innovative model, space and organization for companies in Mexico and Latin America.
