THE KEY ROLE

Champion

This role is key in the product’s construction and adoption. It is the person responsible for aligning and prioritizing the organization’s needs, serving as the point of contact with the Konfront team.

The best champions share

5 characteristics:

Has deep knowledge of the operational processes that will be digitized

Learn about the pain points of the areas and global best practices to reflect them in the digital product

Clearly distinguish between critical functionalities that generate immediate value and those that are secondary and can wait

Has strong communication skills to manage internal expectations and achieve effective alignment within the organization

He/She is a leader within the organization who can align the interests and needs of the sponsor (business objectives), operations (key users), and stakeholders
